Internet Explorer 8 has a new security feature that prevents uploading files using webManager. The quick fix is to set your website to be a Trusted Site on your computer. In Internet Explorer, click Tools and then Internet Options on the menu. Next, click the Security tab. Next, click the Trusted Sites icon. Next, click the Sites button. Add your domain to the Trusted Sites list. File uploading should return to normal after this is complete.

webManager is only supported using Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 6 and 7 do not appear to be affected.
